Three simple steps to turn your points into Rewards:

Go to your My Account page. Use the login details in your survey invitation to enter the login area in the top right corner of our website.

On your My Account Page click on the section to claim your rewards. Make sure you meet the minimum points requirement before you try and redeem.

Once you have typed in the amount you wish to redeem, simply click on the 'Make Claim' button. You will then receive an e-mail containing the redemption code which you will then be able to order your voucher from our WebShop.
