1. This prize draw is open only to residents of participating countries (see list of valid countries below), aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person per survey is permitted. Void in all countries not included in this list and where prohibited.

2. The winner of this competition receives a prize of a holiday voucher equal to 1,000 pounds.

3. The closing date for entry to the prize draw is 31 March 2009.

4. To enter the prize draw entrants must complete the OpinionWorld sign up survey.

5. Entries that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.

6. The winner will be selected at random by computer.

7. The winner will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date of the competition. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify OpinionWorld of any change in contact information.

8. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 60 days of notification by OpinionWorld. Unclaimed prizes will be void. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Persons connected with the Sponsor or Promoter are ineligible.

10. By completing the OpinionWorld sign up survey you agree to receive surveys from OpinionWorld.
